Our individually shaped paulownia hand planes offer the ultimate experience in body surfing. The bottom contours lift the riders body out of the water, drag is reduced and speed increased. The rail has been designed to bite into the wave face holding the rider higher creating a more surfing like trim resulting in long barrel rides and open face manoeuvrability
Our body surfing hand planes are all designed and hand crafted by the same professional shapers that make our boards, all hand planes are made of locally grown and sustainably harvested paulownia timber, Australian made marine grade stainless steel screws, velcro adjustable webbing hand straps and oiled in natural tung oil. Their resistance to saltwater and durability means they will offer a lifetime of service.
